At Salai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to your Salai account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, accessories, and invoices are included to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use your preferred tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
